His Loving Kindness

Please join me at Woman to Woman as we continue to go through The Love Dare.

"Because Your loving kindness is better than life my lips will praise You." Psalm 63:3

Oh friends, His loving kindness is so good.  It is better than life itself.  How can we not praise Him?  How can we not bow in worship to Him?  How can we not shout it aloud how good He is?  Today I will delcare how good He is by counting the many ways He has blessed me.  Please join me in praising Him.

Continuing to praise God for my blessings in 2012:

156. Watching my daughter play her last volleyball game of the season and knowing how much she has improved since the first.

157. A fun night of games and fellowship with my church family.

158. My parents who were willing to take my daughter to her volleyball practices the past five weeks so that she wouldn't miss and my husband and I could go to our new Bible study.

159. Enjoying a laid back lunch with my family.

160. Watching all the men in my family work together to help someone with a need.

161. Watching some very exciting NCAA games.

162. The sunshine that has finally broken through after a solid week of rain.

163. Seeing wildflowers poking up from the earth.

164. Text messaging that keeps in me in touch with friends from hundreds of miles away.

165. The sound of a basketball hitting the driveway as my husband and sons play.

166. The new movie coming out this week, Monumental the Movie.

167. Making it through the Bible in 90 days reading plan. {tomorrow will be my last day}

168. Listening to my daughter ask questions about the Word of God, then the very next day reading a blog post about the very thing we discussed.

169. Looking up from a church prayer time and seeing my two youngest blessings at the altar praying on their own. {melts a mama's heart}

170. His loving kindness.

What are you praising God for this week?

Sweet Blessings~

  4. Jenifer,

    I loved the pictures of your children praying. My children are well past that age, but it still does a mother's heart good when sons lead their families in the Lord and one daughter serves in community outreach. We are praying for the other daughter so I also know the pain when they choose another way. It was good seeing yours on their knees.

  5. Congratulations on completing the 90-day Bible Reading Challenge! What a faithful accomplishment. I did mine (quite unexpectedly) last fall. Now I'm re-reading in chronological order - just as fascinating :) Visiting from Ann's.

  7. Thank you Carrie! It was quite something to do the Bible in 90 days! Last year I read in chronological order and truly enjoyed that. After tomorrow, I am planning to take the Word nice and slow and really dig in for the rest of the year. Then maybe in 2013, I will do the chronological again. :)
