COMMIT YOUR ACTIVITIES TO THE LORD

Think of your activities right now. All those things filling your calendar. Work, church, ministries, your child's sports or music lessons, homemaking, your hobbies, everything that you do. Now, think of this: when was the last time you committed those activities to God?

Commit your activities to the Lord,
and your plans will be established.
Proverbs 16:3

Commit your activities to the Lord.

The Word tells us to commit our activities to the Lord. Do we actually do that? Do we pray asking God to lead us in our activities? To guide us? To give us direction? Or do we jump feet first ready to do it all on our own?

Today I want to encourage you to pause at each activity. Ask God how to move forward, what to do and say, to lead you, and to give you a good attitude in what you do. Ask Him to help you do it all, everything you have to do, for His glory.

Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something
done for the Lord and not for people.
Colossians 3:23
