I will be the first to admit that I am not a football fan. However, I am all about faith-based and family-friendly shows and movies and I am loving the new show God. Family. Football.

God. Family. Football. is a new Amazon Freevee docuseries that follows ex-football player and high school football coach Denny Duron as he returns to once again coach the Louisiana-based team that he once led. After a 30 year retirement, Duron decides to return to Evangel Christian Academy in Shreveport, La., after the one-time high school football powerhouse fell on rough times.

Once home to 14 state championships, the team is now coming out of its worst season in the school's history. God. Family. Football. focuses on the 2022 high school football season as Evangel Christian Academy —which has sent more football players to the NFL and NCAA Division 1 college football programs than any other high school in the state — looks to rebuild.

God. Family. Football. is produced by NFL superstar Russell Wilson and can be streamed on Amazon Freevee for FREE beginning September 1st.

I loved following this docuseries and seeing how this team came together. This is a show the whole family will love. So grab the blankets, pop the popcorn, and watch God. Family. Football. tonight!
