The things we watch and listen to matter. We have to be careful with the TV shows and movies we watch and allow our family to watch. That is why I love PureFlix! PureFlix is a streaming service full of faith filled movies and original shows. Movies and shows you can feel confident watching and allowing your kiddos to watch.

PureFlix has a new show that I am loving. Going Home. Going Home is a new original series that follows an inspiring team of nurses who help guide patients and loved ones on the ultimate journey – one of transition from this world to their forever home. It’s a race against time as the team must help their clients find peace and wrap up loose ends with compassion and dignity.

In episode 6, we follow Katherine who is nearing the end of her earthly journey and her children who are struggling with the idea of losing their mom. Katherine's nurse, Charley, is not only her hospice nurse, but also a old friend from her past. As Charley cares for Katherine, they work out their past differences and Katherine asks Charley to look after her family.

Going Home is a tear jerker. It will tug on your emotions each and every episode. However, it will also encourage you as you see powerful stories of family, faith, and salvation of those who end their earthly journey for their forever home. You'll see sadness and loss, but you'll also see love, forgiveness, and hope. And you will continually be reminded that God will wipe away ever tear.
