More Than Enough

Sunday in our worship service, my sweet sister said, "If God never does one more thing for me, that's okay.  He alone is enough."  God has blessed me beyond measure.  I have a wonderful family, a home, vehicles to get me where I need to go, a church family, dear friends, I really could go on and on and on.  God is just so awesome and has blessed me far more than I deserve.

If God never sends another blessing my way, that is okay.  If I lose material possessions, that is okay.  God Himself is more than enough for me.  I can do without the things of this world, as long as I have Christ.  I enjoy having Internet, but I don't need it.  I need and want Christ.  I enjoy having a nice car, but I don't need it.  I need and want Christ.  Christ is my supply.  He is my breath, my joy, my everything.  He is more than enough for me.  He is all I want and all I need.  Without Christ, my life is an empty hole.  With Christ, I am filled beyond my wildest dreams.  I want Him in my life.

Let the things of the world fade away.  Stop asking for blessings.  Just be with Christ.  Let Him be more than enough for you.

All of You is more than enough for all of me
For every thirst and every need
You satisfy me with Your love
And all I have in You is more than enough

You are my supply
My breath of life
And still more awesome than I know
You are my reward
worth living for
And still more awesome than I know

All of You is more than enough for all of me
For every thirst and every need
You satisfy me with Your love
And all I have in You is more than enough

You’re my sacrifice
Of greatest price
And still more awesome than I know
You’re the coming King
You are everything
And still more awesome than I know

More than all I want
More than all I need
You are more than enough for me
More than all I know
More than all I can say
You are more than enough for me

  1. He's so much more than we could ever imagine. Instead of asking for stuff all the time we should just worship Him, I know He loves that. He's exactly what we need. Thank you this was really good.
