It says to think on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent and praiseworthy. So much of what is going on in our world is not praiseworthy. We must choose to think on the good and turn our back to what is not.

I love to read. Reading is what relaxes me and helps me unwind. I can do without the tv, I can even do without the computer or phone, as long as I can read. My girls are the same way.
