Trial? Face It Head On {Giveaway}

We all know that this life is not easy. We know that trials come. They come and threaten to knock us down. Sometimes they do. Sometimes we feel like we are sinking and just can't get back up. I know right now you are thinking of your own trial, whatever it may be.

Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because,
having stood the test, that person will receive the crown
of life that the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
James 1:12

That trial you are facing right now, press on. Don't give up. Persevere.

The Word even tells us blessed is the one who perseveres. We also have the sweet promise that He will be right beside us through the trial {Deut. 31:6}.

While in the middle of your trial, don't give up on God. Don't stop reading the Word, don't stop praying, don't stop giving thanks. As a matter of fact, read the Word more, pray more, give thanks more. Praise God in your storm. Praise Him while you wait on the answer or for the trial to be over. In due time, the trial will end and if you persevered, you will feel the blessings.

Remember friend, when the trial comes, face it head on!

  3. This is SO true! I have found during a recent health journey(follicular thyroid cancer diagnosis) that by drawing closer to God I could have His perfect peace. His encouragement is everywhere when we stop & allow ourselves to truly see & know it. Reading His word, seeking Him in prayer, giving thanksgiving during this time have all allowed me to grow closer to Him. I truly believe & see this time as an opportunity to grow closer to Him.
