  6. I know it's usually thought of at Christmas time but the verse on my heart this week has been Isaiah 9:6.
    "6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."

  7. Isaiah 61:1-3 I know that these verses were directed towards Israel, but they truly could have been MY life story. God has given me beauty from the ashes of all my lost years and restored love in my life.
    61 The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
