PROMISES FROM GOD FOR LIFE'S HARD MOMENTS

Every single one of us will face moments in life that are less than ideal. As a matter of fact, we will face multiple moments. Times of being hurt, offended, tired, broken, alone, doubtful, the list goes on. It is in these moments we find help and healing in the Word of God.

In her new gift book Promises from God for Life's Hard Moments, Holley Gerth offers fifty-two promises from God to encourage and uplift us.

Holley teaches us through Scripture, a brief devotion, and a prayer, that God is right beside us all through our hard moments. She reminds us that He never leaves us and never changes, He is the same God in our good times as He is in our bad times. She walks us through burdens, doubt, failure, grief, impatience, rejection, sin, unanswered prayers, and much more as she teaches us to turn right into the arms of God.

Along with this beautiful gift book, Holley has a matching journal you will love. The She Believed She Was Loved & It Made Her Brave - Christian Journal gives you bits of encouragement as your journal your way through the process of turning to God.

Whether you are facing a difficult time right now, know someone who is, or just want to study and be prepared, this book is perfect for every woman. I know that I personally will have it on hand available to turn to in those hard moments.

Pick up your copy of Promises from God for Life's Hard Moments and She Believed She Was Loved & It Made Her Brave - Christian Journal and begin the healing process as you find God's promises for life's hard moments.

THE STRUGGLE IS REAL

Recently I was talking with a woman who is struggling. She is a single mom, works two jobs, and goes to school. She was having a rough day and as we talked, she said, "The struggle is real."

A phrase I am sure you've heard, maybe even said. So many bills to pay, the struggle is real. A hard day at work, the struggle is real. Kids that won't listen, the struggle is real. Can't lose weight, the struggle is real. For every issue in life we face, we shrug it off and say those four little words. In saying those words, we forget four bigger, more powerful words: but so is God. The struggle you are facing may be very real and very hard, but God is real too and He is far more powerful than your struggle is.

When you are facing a struggle, no matter how large it is, remember that God is more real and more powerful than your hardship. Remember, while it seems like your hardship will last forever, it is only a season. Here is what the Word says:

God is our refuge and strength,
a helper who is always found
in times of trouble.
Psalm 46:1

Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous?
Do not be afraid or discouraged,
for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
Joshua 1:9

And my God will supply all your needs
according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19

Yes, your struggle is likely very real and has you feeling like it may take you under for good. But friends, God is real and God is powerful. Take it to Him.
