My kids were growing up, we lost my mother-in-law, my daughter married, after fifteen years of homeschool my kids graduated, we lost my grandfather, I became a grandmother, my son married, I left children’s ministry after almost three decades, and we were in the middle of a global pandemic.

There was just so much change all at once. The changes left my head spinning. For the first time in my life, I was dealing with deep grief, worry, anxiety, and depression. However, it wasn't until I suffered a couple panic attacks that I even realized what was going on. After being honest with myself and talking with my husband, I began a journey to healing.

Over the last couple of years I have faced anxiety and depression in ways I never thought I could. My beautiful and joyful life was changing in so many ways.
